REQUEST A PICK-UP
You can request for the item to be collected free of charge at the address of your choice. Please follow these steps:
Request a return or exchange
Complete the return form here or the exchange form here with details of the item (s) that will be returned or exchanged. You will receive an email notification within 24 hours (working days) with all necessary information of the package collection from your chosen address.
Complete the returns form
There will be an enclosed Exchange & Returns form in the package. Complete the form by indicating which item (s) you wish to exchange and the reason.
Package your item(s)
Place the item(s) you wish to exchange together with the Exchange & Returns form in the original packaging.
Hand over the parcel
Hand over the appropriately packaged parcel to the courier service.
RECEIVE REIMBURSEMENT
You will be reimbursed the cost of the item within a maximum of 14 working days, via the same method used to make the purchase. If you paid via bank transfer, please indicate the account number on the form.
