Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above €200!

For orders bellow €200, we offer FREE shipping within Portugal, €15 within the rest of the EU, and €30 for International orders.

Free returns on all orders.

Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on the shipping country and are insured against theft and accidental damage. We process and send orders during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 AM till 4.00 PM GMT (except for Portuguese public holidays). Orders are ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment – at the latest.

Delivery within the EU usually takes 2 to 3 working days on working business days (Mon-Fri). For international shipments, delivery arrives anywhere between 4-7 working business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive an email when your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery times may vary during promotional periods, sales periods and if the products are not in stock.

Returns

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange or return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • All items must be exchanged or returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached;
  • All items must be exchanged or returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered.
  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether 
  • Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
  • We can only accept exchanged or returned from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Spain must be returned from Spain. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
  • Customised items cannot be returned.
